Returns Policy
If you want to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We don’t however, offer refunds or exchanges on items that are unwanted or a change of mind - this is for hygiene reasons, due to the nature of our product. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty then we will be able to refund or exchange this for you.
Upon on receipt of your order, please check your items carefully and get in touch with us straight away if there is a problem.
In order to start the refund or exchange process in the event of a damaged item you must notify us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days following delivery of your order. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@beejayslashes.co.uk and we will provide you with a return address.
Each of our lash sets will be slightly different – in a subtle way, just like your own lashes. This isn’t a fault, but part of the unique way that our lashes are made.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@beejayslashes.co.uk.
Shipping
To return your product, contact us via email and we will provide you with a return address where you can mail your product(s) to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Your item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
