Appointment Terms & Conditions
We’re so glad you’ve chosen BeeJay’s Lashes!
To keep everything smooth for both you and us, here’s a quick breakdown of how our appointments, cancellations, and payments work.
Booking Your Appointment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot — this goes towards your total on the day.
- Bookings aren’t confirmed until your deposit is received.
- Please arrive on time with clean, makeup-free lashes so we can make the most of your appointment.
- If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session, and your deposit may be lost.
Cancellations & Reschedules
- We completely understand that life can get busy and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, you can reschedule once without losing your deposit.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, as it helps cover the time and materials set aside for you.
- If you don’t show up and haven’t let us know, you’ll be charged the full appointment cost, and future bookings may need to be paid in full upfront.
- If BeeJay’s Lashes ever needs to cancel your appointment due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, don’t worry — your deposit will either be refunded in full or transferred to a new date, whichever you prefer.
Payments
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
- Prices may change occasionally, but once you’ve booked, your quoted price is locked in.
Refunds
- Because lash extensions are a personal beauty service, refunds can’t be given once treatment is complete.
- If something doesn’t feel right or you have a reaction, please let us know within 24 hours — we’ll always do our best to help.
Patch Tests & Health
- A patch test may be required for new clients or certain services. Please let us know about any allergies, eye conditions, or recent treatments before your appointment.
- We may have to refuse treatment if it’s unsafe to proceed — your wellbeing always comes first.
- Your details are safe with us and will only be used for managing your booking and keeping in touch about your appointments.
Photos & Social Media
- We love showing off our work! With your permission, we may take photos for social media or our website.
- If you’d rather not, just let us know — no hard feelings.
